Hypnosis and Anxiety

Freud is often quoted as stating that anxiety is at the root of all problems. When we consider that the body is a pharmacy and each thought, action and reaction creates a release of particular chemicals in the body, Freud’s theories become even more compelling. Modern medicine has created medicines which help to reverse some of the effects of the chemical imbalances created in the body, but these medicines are not without risk and certainly not intended for long term use. That’s where hypnosis comes in. By retraining the subconscious and coaching clients to re-frame their thought through a variety of proven techniques, an anxious mind can become a peaceful mind.

Many people find hypnosis because they are dissatisfied with modern medicine.  Some come to hypnosis as a first stop, to head off potential problems before they start.  Both are compelling reasons to start a self-improvement program.  Whatever brought you here, know that all of your options remain available to you.  A qualified hypnotist and life coach will often work in concert with a physician or therapist; you are never in a position of being in an either or position when working with a professional hypnotist or life coach.
